Agenda for All-Hands
"What needs to happen to make REDDnet happen?"
Meeting Goals:
- lay out a roadmap and vision for REDDnet
- specify tasks and jobs and prioritize
- identify and make necessary policy decisions
roadmap should be driven by application groups: CMS, TVNA, AmericaView, Facit,...
we need a scribe for each session to write down action items from that session and major decisions.
List of questions we know should be addressed
- titles of working group probably need to be changed?
- opt-in policy for new groups
- contributed nodes policy (do we want to require contributors to be collaborators?)
- what services does REDDnet provide?
