"What needs to happen to make REDDnet happen?"
Meeting Purpose:  "To decide upon a plan of action that will make REDDnet a success."


Meeting Goals:
The Meeting will be held at ACCRE at Vanderbilt University
* lay out a roadmap and vision for REDDnet
* specify tasks and jobs and prioritize
* identify and make necessary policy decisions


roadmap should be driven by application groups:  CMS, TVNA, AmericaView, Facit,...
Attendees should stay at the Nashville West Courtyard by Marriott
 
we need a scribe for each session to write down action items from
that session and major decisions.

* titles of working group probably need to be changed?
* opt-in policy for new groups
* contributed nodes policy (do we want to require contributors to be collaborators?)
